Registration Fees

1)The registration fee for participants with a full package includes the lunches, the welcome ceremony, the Post Graduate Course on Saturday, the general scientific sessions, the Award winning ceremonial dinner on Friday evening, the exhibition and an information pack, which includes the abstract book.

2)The registration fee for participants, without the Awards ceremonial dinner, includes the lunches, the welcome ceremony, and the postgraduate course on Saturday, the general scientific sessions, the exhibition and an information pack, which includes the abstract book.

3)An accompanying person registration fee will only be accepted if the accompanied participant can be identified as such. This accompanying person fee includes the welcome ceremony and the city tour on Thursday, if they register them self for this tour on Wednesday June 10th , during the registration hours.

4)An exhibitor registration fee will only be accepted with the agreement of the exhibiting company involved. The registration fee for exhibitors includes the welcome ceremony on Wednesday, access to the exhibition and the scientific sessions and lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

5)A voucher for the Awards ceremonial dinner on Friday June 16th , can be ordered separately till Thursday June 15th , 12:00 hrs.
A voucher is free for presenters.

Payment details: FECECT 2017 / invoice number / your name

Refund will be made up to a maximum of 80% of the prepaid sum in the event of cancellation before May 1st, 2017. No refund after this date!

Registration Desk

The registration desk is situated in the foyer of the Palais des Congrès Chanot.
Opening hours:

Wednesday June 14th 14.00 – 21.00 hrs.
Thursday June 15th 08.00 – 17.00 hrs.
Friday June 16th 08.00 – 16.00 hrs.
Saturday June 17th 09.00 – 14.00 hrs.

 

!! Participants are requested to check in at the Registration Desk on arrival, where they will receive their name tags, vouchers and congress literature.

Please wear your name tag at all time at the congress venue and during the social events.
