1)The registration fee for participants with a full package includes the lunches, the welcome ceremony, the Post Graduate Course on Thursday June 17th, the general scientific sessions, the Award winning ceremonial dinner on Saturday evening June 19th, the exhibition and an information pack, which includes the abstract book or congress app.
2)The registration fee for participants, without the Awards ceremonial dinner, includes the lunches, the welcome ceremony, and the postgraduate course on Thursday 17th, the general scientific sessions, the exhibition and an information pack, which includes the abstract book or congress app.
3)An accompanying person registration fee will only be accepted if the accompanied participant can be identified as such. This accompanying person fee includes the welcome ceremony.
4)An exhibitor registration fee will only be accepted with the agreement of the exhibiting company involved. The registration fee for exhibitors includes the welcome ceremony on Thursday June 17th, access to the exhibition and the scientific sessions and lunches on Friday and Saturday.
5)A voucher for the Awards ceremonial dinner on Saturday June 19th, can be ordered separately until Friday June 18th, 12:00 hrs.
A voucher is free for presenters.

Refund will be made up to a maximum of 80% of the prepaid sum in the event of cancellation before May 1st, 2021. No refund after this date!

Participants are requested to check in at the Registration Desk on arrival, where they will receive their name tags, vouchers and congress literature.
Please wear your name tag at all time at the congress venue and during the social events.
